Renewals Officer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure achievement of 13th Month Renewal Collection targets
  • Ensure achievement of 13th Persistency targets
  • Ensure Retention of customers and improve surrender retention
  • Training and sensitizing agency on 13th month
  • Monitoring 13th at all levels throughout agency
  • Planning, strategizing and implementation of various action plan for improving persistency, renewal collection and retention
  • Launch and manage contest, R&R for Agency
  • Identify opportunities to improve renewal collections through innovative means – through alternate modes of collection and data enrichment
  • Analysis and data mining for strategy formulation and other related information
  • Retain maximum policies by convincing the customers
  • Skill and Personality Development of team Quantitative
  • Manage overall cost for the renewal collection activity, improve collections through Vendors & Internal Sales Team
  • Achieve 13th month Persistency Targets and Overall Collection targets

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience
  • Must have training background
  • Exposure to Insurance clients is preferred
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced analytics capability is a preferred skill
