Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure achievement of 13th Month Renewal Collection targets
- Ensure achievement of 13th Persistency targets
- Ensure Retention of customers and improve surrender retention
- Training and sensitizing agency on 13th month
- Monitoring 13th at all levels throughout agency
- Planning, strategizing and implementation of various action plan for improving persistency, renewal collection and retention
- Launch and manage contest, R&R for Agency
- Identify opportunities to improve renewal collections through innovative means – through alternate modes of collection and data enrichment
- Analysis and data mining for strategy formulation and other related information
- Retain maximum policies by convincing the customers
- Skill and Personality Development of team Quantitative
- Manage overall cost for the renewal collection activity, improve collections through Vendors & Internal Sales Team
- Achieve 13th month Persistency Targets and Overall Collection targets
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience
- Must have training background
- Exposure to Insurance clients is preferred
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Critical thinker
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced analytics capability is a preferred skill
