Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain the office filing system
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- HND/BSc in Management or Social Science
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Ms Outlook, as well as call forwarding
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Certification in Secretarial work, office administration or related training would be considered an advantage
- Preferable Male
