The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) was established in 1971 with the vision to be the foremost skills training and development organization in Nigeria and one of the best in the world. ITF regulates training standards and offers direct training intervention in industrial and commercial skills training. ITF has operated consistently and painstakingly within the context of its enabling laws; Decree 47 of 1971 as Amended in the 2011 ITF ACT. The Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund is the body that regulates and administers the Employee Compensation Scheme. The Scheme is designed to provide compensation to employees who either sustain injuries from accidents at the workplace, or suffer from occupational diseases in the course of employment whether at the usual place of work or outside it. StreSERT complies strictly with the requirement to remit employee compensation premiums to NSITF on a monthly basis.

The Pension Act established the National Pension Commission (PENCOM) as the body to regulate, supervise and ensure the effective administration of pension matters in Nigeria. The Pension Reform Act also makes it mandatory for all employers of labor having up to five employees to maintain a Group Life Assurance Policy. The policy provides for the payment of sum assured in the event of the death of an employee from any cause, natural or accidental. StreSERT is in compliance with the regulation under the Pension Act to remit pension and also provide Group life cover through designated insurance companies for employees.
With our services largely human resource oriented, we are a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), the highest HR accreditation institute in Nigeria. CIPMN was established as an umbrella Association for Practitioners of Personnel Management in 1968 as the Personnel Management Association of Nigeria. In 1973, it was renamed as Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Finally, Act No 58 of 1992 chartered the Institute.
